Safety: please read before use

Cold water immersion is not suitable for everyone. Please seek medical advice from your GP before starting if you have heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, Raynaud's disease, respiratory or neurological conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, or any condition for which cold or physical shock may pose a risk.

General guidance: start with shorter sessions at warmer temperatures and build gradually. Do not plunge alone until you know how your body responds. Exit immediately if you feel unwell, faint, or experience chest pain. Never leave children unsupervised near the tub.

Do I need to buy any equipment?
No. We provide everything. We deliver, install, and maintain your cold plunge, so you don't need to buy or manage anything yourself.
How does it work?
We deliver and install the cold plunge at your home. You can use it anytime, and we handle all the cleaning and maintenance throughout your hire. You just show up and get in.
Is it safe?
Cold plunging is safe for most people when used sensibly. If you have any health concerns, particularly heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, or respiratory issues, we recommend speaking to your GP first. Please read the safety guidance at the top of this page before starting.
Do I need to be experienced?
Not at all. Many of our customers are complete beginners. You can start at a warmer temperature and build up gradually, both in temperature and session length. We'll help you find a comfortable starting point on installation day.
How long should I stay in?
Beginners usually aim for 1 to 3 minutes. More experienced users may stay in for 3 to 5 minutes. You don't need long sessions. Consistency matters more than duration. Listen to your body and get out if anything feels off.
How often should I use it?
Most people use it 3 to 5 times per week for a few minutes at a time. Research suggests that around 11 minutes per week in total, spread across a few short sessions, can be enough to experience real benefits. You don't need to overdo it.
What temperature should it be?
We recommend around 8°C as a good balance of effectiveness and comfort. If you're just starting out, beginning at 12°C to 15°C and working your way down is a perfectly valid approach. The chiller gives you full control.
How long before I see benefits?
Many people feel more alert and in a better mood after the first few uses. With regular use, most people start noticing meaningful differences within a few weeks: better sleep, less soreness, improved focus. It builds over time.
How cold does it get?
The chiller allows you to set your preferred temperature, typically ranging from around 3°C to 15°C. We'll help you set the right temperature on installation day, and you can adjust it from there.
Do I need to add ice?
No. The system keeps the water at your chosen temperature automatically. You never need to buy, store, or handle ice at any point.
Does the chiller make noise?
It produces a low, steady sound, similar to a small fridge running. Most people don't notice it after the first day or two.
How do I set or adjust the temperature?
The chiller unit has a simple control panel. We'll show you how to use it on installation day. Temperature adjustments take effect gradually over a few hours.
Where can it be installed?
It can be installed in a garden, garage, or a suitable indoor space. You'll need a flat surface, access to an outdoor power socket (13A), and an outdoor tap nearby.
How much space do I need?
A small flat area, roughly the size of a small table. Most gardens, patios, or garage floors have more than enough room.
Should it be in sun or shade?
A shaded or partially shaded spot is usually best. Direct sunlight makes the chiller work harder to maintain temperature, which can slightly increase running costs.
What do I need at my property?
An outdoor power socket (13A), an outdoor tap, a level stable surface for the tub (patio, decking, concrete), and clear access to the installation area.
Do I need to be at home for setup?
Yes. We'll need access for installation. We'll arrange a time that works for you, and the whole setup usually takes around an hour.
Can I move the tub after it's been installed?
We ask that you don't move the tub or chiller yourself. If you need it repositioned, just let us know and we can arrange it. Moving the equipment incorrectly can damage it or affect water quality.
Do I need to manage the water?
No. We take care of all cleaning, maintenance, and water changes. Between visits, you just use it.
Do you use chemicals?
No. We use fresh tap water only, with no chemicals added.
How often is it cleaned and serviced?
We visit every 10 days to clean the tub, refresh the water, check the chiller, and inspect all equipment. You don't need to do any of this yourself.
How much electricity does it use?
Similar to running a small fridge. Most customers spend around £10 to £20 per month on electricity, depending on their tariff and how often the chiller has to work to maintain temperature.
Will it increase my water bill?
Only slightly. We fully refresh the water during maintenance visits, which typically uses around 900 to 1,200 litres per month, usually costing around £2 to £4. Most customers don't notice any difference on their bill.
What is included in the monthly price?
The monthly hire fee includes the cold plunge tub, the chiller unit, delivery and installation, all 10-day service visits, water changes, and ongoing support. See our pricing page for full details.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is an initial 2-month minimum hire period. After that, the subscription rolls monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Just let us know and we’ll arrange collection.
What areas do you cover?
We mainly cover Horley, Crawley, Reigate, Redhill, and surrounding areas. Contact us with your postcode and we'll confirm whether we can reach you.
How quickly can you deliver?
We can usually deliver within a few days, depending on availability. Get in touch with your postcode and we'll give you a confirmed timeframe.
What if I go on holiday?
Just let us know in advance and we can adjust your service schedule around it. No need to worry about the equipment while you're away.
What happens if something goes wrong with the equipment?
Contact us and we'll respond as quickly as possible. Anything urgent we'll deal with as a priority. All equipment is covered under our responsibility during the hire period for normal use.
What happens if I want to keep it longer?
Your hire rolls over automatically month by month. Keep it as long as you like and cancel whenever you're done. No new contract needed.
What happens at the end of my hire?
We arrange a collection visit, drain and remove the tub and chiller, and leave the area tidy. There’s no charge for collection.
Can I purchase the equipment after hire?
We may offer a purchase option in the future. If and when that becomes available, existing hire customers will hear about it first. There's no guaranteed purchase option at this stage.
