From your first enquiry to delivery, servicing where included and final collection, we keep the process clear and straightforward.
Whether you need a cold plunge at home, for your gym, at an event or for a professional production, we take care of the equipment, delivery and professional setup.
Home Hire
Choose self-managed home hire, self-managed hire with an Ozone Unit, or fully managed home hire. Every option includes professional delivery, setup, handover and collection.
Complete our short enquiry form and tell us about your home, preferred installation area and preferred start date. There is no commitment at this stage.
We check the location, access, available space, power supply, water supply and drainage. We then confirm availability, the most suitable hire option and any extended-area delivery charge where applicable.
We deliver and professionally install the cold-plunge tub and chiller, connect the system and prepare it for use. We explain how everything works and provide the relevant water-care and safe-use guidance before we leave.
Self-managed customers carry out the day-to-day water checks, cleaning and care during the hire. An Ozone Unit is available as an optional water-care device that helps support water quality between cleans. Fully managed customers receive a Deep Chill service visit every 14 days, including water refresh, cleaning, filter and equipment checks.
All home-hire packages have a two-month minimum hire period. Fully managed hire is available within our usual service area only. Self-managed hire may also be available in selected extended areas, subject to a one-off delivery, setup, handover and collection charge.
Event Hire
Suitable for gym open days, corporate wellness events, sports events, private occasions and agreed promotional partner events.
Send us the proposed date, venue, event times and expected use. We will confirm availability and whether promotional or standard event hire is appropriate.
We confirm the price, delivery and collection times, access requirements and practical details before the booking goes ahead. A suitable installation area, power supply, water supply and drainage are required.
We deliver the cold-plunge tub and chiller, complete the fresh-water setup and prepare the equipment for use. We provide the organiser with safe-use and water-checking guidance at handover.
The organiser is responsible for supervising the equipment and participants during the event unless on-site support has been agreed separately. We return at the agreed time to drain, disconnect and collect the equipment.
Standard event hire includes up to five hours of event use. Additional charges may apply for extra mileage, ice, overnight cooling, extended hire, out-of-hours attendance or more complex installation requirements.
Managed Gym Hire
We supply, install and regularly service a cold plunge for your gym, including an Ozone Unit for water-care support, while your team manages the agreed daily checks and safe use between visits.
Complete the enquiry form with your gym’s location, proposed installation area, expected usage and available facilities.
We confirm access, space, flooring protection, ventilation, power, water and drainage requirements. We also explain the gym’s daily cleaning, water-testing, sanitiser, record-keeping and member-supervision responsibilities.
We deliver and install the tub, chiller, filtration, Ozone Unit, hoses and connections. We prepare the system for use and provide practical guidance to the nominated members of your team.
We carry out a scheduled service visit, deep clean and equipment check approximately every two to three weeks. This includes inspection and cleaning of the tub, chiller, filter, hoses and connections, with filter changes and equipment-fault support where required.
The Ozone Unit helps support water quality between service visits. It does not replace filtration, cleaning, bromine and pH testing, the agreed sanitiser procedure or daily checks.
The gym remains responsible for daily cleaning, water testing, sanitiser management, supervision, access control, record keeping and safe member use between Deep Chill visits.
Managed Gym Hire has a three-month minimum period. At the end of the hire, we arrange a suitable time to disconnect and collect the equipment.
Production Hire
Suitable for photography, filming, advertising, branded content and other professional production requirements.
Tell us the date, location, production schedule, equipment required and whether the cold plunge will be used by participants or only used as part of the set.
We quote according to the equipment, location, access, delivery times and production schedule. Urgent bookings, extended hire, additional mileage and out-of-hours attendance may cost extra.
We deliver and install the agreed equipment at the production location. The installation area, flooring protection, access to services and final equipment position must be ready or confirmed at the agreed installation time.
Once installation is complete, we hand the equipment over to the nominated production contact. We return at the agreed time to disconnect and collect everything.
The quoted setup includes up to one hour of on-site installation time unless agreed otherwise. Additional waiting or installation time caused by site access, location decisions, set preparation or other production delays may be charged separately.
Contact us promptly if you experience an equipment fault, leak, loss of circulation or a safety concern. We will assess the issue and arrange troubleshooting, repair or replacement equipment where required.
Contact Deep ChillFor self-managed home hire, the customer manages day-to-day cleaning and water care in line with the Deep Chill Water Care & Safe Use Guide. An Ozone Unit may be included to help support water quality between cleans, but it does not replace cleaning or the required water-care routine.
For fully managed home hire, Deep Chill visits every 14 days for water refresh, cleaning, filter and equipment checks. Customers must still keep the tub covered, remove visible debris and follow the guidance between visits.
For Event Hire, we complete the fresh-water setup and provide the organiser with appropriate water-checking and safe-use guidance. The organiser is responsible for supervision and safe operation after handover unless on-site support has been agreed.
For Managed Gym Hire, Deep Chill provides scheduled servicing and ozone water-care support, while the gym remains responsible for daily cleaning, water testing, bromine and pH management, sanitiser procedure, supervision and records between visits.
For Production Hire, water-care and equipment requirements are agreed according to whether the cold plunge is being used as a prop or for immersion.
