Deep Chill will deliver and install the agreed equipment, check the initial setup and explain its basic operation.
After handover:
Where an Ozone Unit is supplied, it helps support water quality between cleans or service visits. It does not replace cleaning, filtration, water testing, the agreed sanitiser procedure or any responsibility in this guide.
Nothing in this guide removes any responsibility Deep Chill has under applicable law as equipment owner, supplier or installer.
For shared-use setups, including gyms, venues and events where water testing is required, check:
Unless Deep Chill confirms otherwise in writing, the operating ranges for an agreed shared-use setup are:
Follow the treatment-product label and Deep Chill’s instructions. Do not guess chemical quantities or mix treatment products.
Where a floating bromine dispenser is used, remove it before anyone enters the plunge and return it afterwards as instructed.
For home hire, follow the water-care routine provided by Deep Chill for the selected package. Do not add bromine, chlorine, bleach, salts, cleaners, oils, fragrances, dyes or other substances unless Deep Chill has specifically instructed you to do so.
Self-Managed Home Hire
Self-managed home-hire customers are responsible for day-to-day water care and cleaning throughout the hire period.
The customer must:
Self-Managed + Ozone Unit customers must also operate the Ozone Unit only as instructed. The Ozone Unit helps support water quality between cleans, but it does not guarantee that water will remain suitable for use or replace cleaning, filtration or the required water-care routine.
Deep Chill does not carry out scheduled service visits for self-managed hire unless separately agreed in writing.
Fully Managed Home Hire
Deep Chill normally services Fully Managed Home Hire equipment every 14 days. A service may include cleaning the tub, refreshing or replacing the water, checking the filter, chiller, circulation, hoses and connections, and checking for leaks or faults.
Between visits, the customer must:
Fully managed home-hire customers must not add bromine, chlorine, bleach, salts, cleaners, oils, fragrances, dyes or other treatment products unless specifically instructed by Deep Chill.
The 14-day service interval is not a guarantee that the water will remain suitable for exactly 14 days. Stop use and contact Deep Chill if there is any concern.
The gym must appoint a responsible person to manage the plunge and keep appropriate records.
Where fitted, the Ozone Unit provides ozone water-care support between Deep Chill service visits. It does not replace the gym’s responsibility for daily water testing, bromine and pH management, sanitiser procedure, cleaning, filter care, supervision or record keeping.
The gym must:
Water-change frequency will depend on usage, test results and water condition. Deep Chill will carry out scheduled service checks approximately every two to three weeks, but the gym remains responsible for daily care between visits.
Deep Chill will provide the agreed fresh-water setup and initial checks before handover.
The organiser must:
Unless on-site staffing has been agreed, Deep Chill is not required to remain after handover.
Where the equipment is supplied only as a photographic or filming prop, nobody may enter the tub unless immersion has been agreed with Deep Chill.
Where people will enter the water, the event-hire water-care and safe-use rules apply. The production organiser is responsible for supervision, access control and site safety after handover.

Outdoor equipment must not be used in unsuitable weather and should be protected from rain as instructed.
Use only products suitable for the equipment and approved or specified by Deep Chill.
Gyms and other shared-use establishments should record:
