The ozone unit helps support water quality between cleans. It does not replace cleaning, filtration or the required water-care routine.

Fully managed home hire is available only within our usual service area, which includes Horley and surrounding parts of Surrey and West Sussex.

Events, Gyms & Productions

Need a cold plunge for a gym, an event or a professional production instead? Event hire starts from £125 per setup, managed gym hire is £250 per month and production hire starts from £350 per setup.

Common Questions

Is there a setup or delivery fee?
Delivery, professional setup, handover and collection are included in the monthly price within our usual service area. For self-managed hire outside this area, a one-off £250 extended-area delivery, setup, handover and collection fee applies.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit is currently required. Your agreed monthly hire payment and any applicable extended-area fee are payable in advance.
Can I cancel at any time?
All Home Hire packages have a two-month minimum period. After this, hire continues monthly and can be ended with 30 days’ written notice.
What happens if I want to keep it longer?
After the initial two-month minimum period, your hire continues monthly until either party gives 30 days’ written notice.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Every package includes the cold-plunge tub, chiller, delivery, professional setup, handover and collection. Self-Managed + Ozone Unit adds ozone water-care support, and Fully Managed includes the ozone unit and a Deep Chill service visit every 14 days.
