Is there a setup or delivery fee?
Please enquire for current pricing details, including any setup or delivery fee that may apply. We'll confirm everything clearly before you commit.
Is a deposit required?
No deposit is currently required. You remain responsible for any damage, loss, or missing parts while the equipment is at your property, but there is no upfront deposit to pay.
Can I cancel at any time?
There is an initial 2-month minimum hire period. After that, the subscription rolls monthly and you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice. When you’re ready to stop, just let us know and we’ll arrange collection. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I want to keep it longer?
Your hire continues automatically on a rolling monthly basis. Keep it as long as you like. When you're ready to stop, just let us know and we'll arrange collection. No new contract needed.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Everything: the tub, chiller, delivery, installation, and all 10-day service visits throughout your hire. There are no hidden charges for maintenance, water treatment, or visits.
