Common Questions

Is there a setup or delivery fee?
Please enquire for current pricing details, including any setup or delivery fee that may apply. We'll confirm everything clearly before you commit.
Is a deposit required?
A refundable deposit may be required. This will be confirmed when you enquire. The deposit is returned at the end of your hire, provided the equipment is returned in its original condition (subject to fair wear and tear).
Can I cancel before the 2 months?
The minimum hire period is 2 months. Early termination within the minimum term may result in the remaining balance being due. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens after the minimum term?
After 2 months, the hire continues on a rolling monthly basis. You can extend as long as you like, or arrange a return collection with reasonable notice.
What does the monthly fee actually cover?
Everything: the tub, chiller, delivery, installation, and all 10-day service visits throughout your hire. There are no hidden charges for maintenance, water treatment, or visits.
