Five steps from first contact to cold water — and we handle most of them.
Fill in our short form and tell us about your home. No commitment — we just need enough to check availability and suitability.
Before anything is booked, we confirm your property is suitable. Four things are needed — we'll let you know clearly if anything's missing.
We arrive with everything. Tub positioned, chiller connected, water filled and running — we walk you through it before we leave. Most installs take a few hours.
Every 10 days we visit, clean the tub, check the chiller, and treat the water. You don't need to be home — and you don't need to do a thing.
Minimum hire is 2 months. After that, continue month by month for as long as you like — or arrange a collection. We remove everything and leave the area tidy.
Contact us directly. We respond quickly and deal with anything urgent as a priority. Equipment faults from normal use are on us — not you.
